Product Analytics

Intent is the promise.
Adoption is the proof.

Sign-ups, events, page views, and full session replay — captured automatically. See who activates, what sticks, and where they slip away, down to the single user.

Adoption at a glance: sign-ups, active users, retention, and feature usage.

From raw signal to real adoption.

01

Capture everything

Sign-ups, page views, sessions, and UTMs are tracked automatically. Send product events with one line of code. Identify people and accounts with your own attributes.

02

See adoption

Active users, retention, and revenue — the metrics that tell you whether the product is landing. Slice by segment, account, or feature.

03

Act on it

Replay the exact session, roll a feature out gradually, or forward every event into Mixpanel and Amplitude. From metric to move.

One SDK. Behavioral data and agent conversations land in the same place.

Everything users do, captured.

The SDK tracks the standard web events out of the box, and one line sends your own. Every event is attributed to a real, identified user.

Sign-ups & activation

Every new user and account, from first touch to activated — with the attributes you send via identify().

Events

Custom product events with one line — foldspace.track() — attributed to the identified user, flowing straight into analytics.

Page views & sessions

Standard web events captured automatically by the SDK: page views, UTM parameters, sessions, and lead capture.

Session Replay

Full session recordings so you can watch exactly what a user did — with agent conversation events overlaid on the timeline.

Measure adoption from every angle.

Weekly active users ↑ 12%

Active users

Unique users who use your product — DAU, WAU, or MAU — split from new sign-ups, so you know whether it is growing or leaking.

Better together

Behavior and intent. The whole picture.

Product Analytics shows you what users did. Conversational Analytics shows you why they did it. Together they give full visibility into product adoption — nothing inferred, nothing missing.

What teams do with adoption data.

Activate

Turn sign-ups into activated users

Watch new sign-ups move from first login to their first real outcome. Find where activation stalls and fix the step that loses people.

Retain

Find where adoption stalls

A dipping retention curve or a flat active-user trend is an early warning. Segment to see who is churning, then replay their sessions to learn why.

Common questions about Product Analytics

What does Foldspace Product Analytics measure?

Usage and retention across your whole product, plus the usage the agent drives. You get active users, cohort retention, funnels, segments, account views and session replay, built from what the SDK captures. Agent actions are events like any other, so an agent flow can be a funnel step. Conversational Analytics adds why users did it.

How can I see why users drop off, not just where?

Build a funnel from the events you already send, and Foldspace shows the step where most users drop off and lists who they are. Then read the why: Conversational Analytics shows what those users asked the agent in their own words, whether it was an action request or a reported issue, and where it hit an action or knowledge gap. Session replay shows what they did on screen around it.

Does Product Analytics only count users of the agent?

No. It measures your whole product. A user counts as active whether or not they ever open the agent, and retention tracks users coming back to your product, not to the agent. To see what the agent changes, save a segment of users who had conversations with it and compare their retention curve with everyone else's.

What do I need to instrument?

Install the SDK and call foldspace.identify() with your user and account attributes. Page views, sessions, UTMs and lead capture are captured automatically, and so is every agent event. Add product events with one line, foldspace.track(), and each one is attributed to the identified user. Session replay masks, unmasks or excludes each form field by the privacy rules you set.

Does Foldspace work with Mixpanel or Amplitude?

Yes. The SDK forwards agent events to Mixpanel and Amplitude (and Segment): the agent opening, conversations starting, and every action called and returned. Your team sees the agent's work next to the funnels it already reports on, while Foldspace adds what users meant, in their own words.

Can I roll a feature out to one segment first?

Yes. Feature management is a front-end feature-flag rules engine. Target a flag by user attributes, subscription attributes or page URL, then serve one variation to everyone who matches, or roll it out by percentage and widen it over time. Test which variation a given user would get before the rule goes live.

Stop guessing whether it landed.

Behavior tells you whether. Conversations tell you why. Foldspace gives you both, in one place.
