The agentic interface for AI-Native software
Users say what they want. The agent does it. Every interaction makes your product smarter.
Trusted by AI teams turning intent into outcomes
Embed an agent that doesn't just answer. It acts.
Action
The execution layer of the platform. Securely triggers backend workflows, updates live entities, and completes multi-step operations without requiring manual form entry or navigation.
More Features ›Navigation
Understands where users want to go and takes them there directly — no menu digging, no documentation, no support tickets.
More Features ›Chat & Voice
Users ask in their own words — typed or spoken — and get instant answers grounded in live product data.
More Features ›Tandem
The agent and the user share the same context and screen state — it fills forms, prepares work, and hands control back for review.
More Features ›Generative UI
Responses aren't just text: live cards, tables, and upload blocks render inside the conversation so users can act on the spot.
More Features ›“A 4.4x conversion lift isn't a number I take at face value. I ran three anti-bias tests against matched historical cohorts before I believed it, and it held every time. That's when we stopped piloting and took the agent to 100%.”
“Foldspace AI helps us accelerate the shift towards an agentic product experience. With their platform, we've been able to leapfrog to the future of SaaS UX.”
“We never had the engineering resources to build activation for every feature. With an agentic interface, users say what they want and get to value on the spot, so activation goes up without the build cost. For a growth team, that's the unlock.”
Ship it in one sprint.
No re-platform, no new backend.
Install the agent
It lives in your front end, which is what gives it real-time context: who the user is, where they are, what's in front of them. Set your look and feel, behavior, and starters.
Connect your knowledge
Crawl your help center. Connect your KB over API. Add your training videos, upload the specs and decks you already wrote, define your glossary so it speaks your vocabulary. Sources re-sync themselves.
Vibe code your agentic experiences
Describe the workflow in plain English. Foldspace wires it to your API, generates the UI it renders inline, runs the evals, ships a version. No ticket. No sprint planning.
“We simplified complex workflows into a more natural experience, helping users get work done faster without changing core systems.”
Eitan YanovskyCTO, Optibus Every interaction makes your product smarter.
AI Onboarding
Users simply say what they want to accomplish, and the agent takes them there/completes it for them. No diving through menus and clicks. No long tutorial. Just immediate progress toward their goal.
Perfect onboarding ›Make Every User a Power User
Turn powerful features into results users actually achieve. The agent surfaces the right capability in the right moment and helps users complete it successfully the first time, so value is clear, repeatable, and habit-forming.
More feature adoption ›Supercharge PLG with AI
Turn signups into activated users. When your product guides, navigates, and executes on their behalf, users reach meaningful outcomes in their very first session.
Agent led growth ›Trusted by forward‑thinking teams

Common questions about Foldspace
What is Foldspace?
Foldspace is the agentic interface layer for AI-Native software. One SDK puts the Product Agent in your front end. Users say what they want, typed or spoken, and the agent does it in the live product, for them or in tandem with them, through your APIs and each user's own permissions. Conversational Analytics turns every conversation into intent data, so every interaction makes your product smarter.
What is an agentic interface?
An interface where users say what they want and an agent in the product does it. The agent acts: Action runs your backend workflows, Navigation takes users to the right page, Generative UI renders cards they act on in the chat. Or it works in tandem with the user, filling forms on screen and handing control back for review. Users ask through Chat & Voice, typed or spoken. Your APIs, your permissions.
What's the difference between an AI agent and an in-app chatbot?
A chatbot maps a message to a reply. The Product Agent runs an agentic loop: it reads the request in context, calls your actions, checks each result and keeps going until the work is done. One request can look up an order, refund it and email the customer. Across Foldspace deployments, 73 to 90% of user requests ask the agent to do something, not to answer a question.
Who should own the interface when users can just ask for what they want?
You should. When users ask instead of click, the conversation is the interface. If it happens in a general-purpose assistant, that assistant owns the relationship and the intent data. The Product Agent keeps both in your product: it acts through your APIs and permissions, and every request lands in your Conversational Analytics, in the user's own words.
How does Foldspace make the product smarter over time?
Through a loop your team closes: users prompt, the agent acts, signals classify, patterns surface, you ship the fix. Conversational Analytics, available now, labels each conversation with the Product Agent by intent and outcome, and flags an action gap when the agent couldn't do something or a knowledge gap when it couldn't find the answer. Your team adds the action or the knowledge, and the agent can do it for the next user who asks.
How do I add an AI agent to my SaaS product?
Start free with the Agent Builder. Working with Claude and a Chrome browser on your own product, it maps the product and its knowledge, builds the first actions and Generative UI, checks its work, and asks before publishing anything. Install it as the Developer plugin, so actions are typed code in your repo, or as the Remote plugin, which builds on your live product without changing product code. Going live is one snippet and your team's approval.
What security does an agent built on Foldspace inherit?
Your identity and permissions. Each action's handler runs in the signed-in user's browser with their session, so the agent can only do what that user can do in your UI, and only through the actions you define. You sign the user context with JWT or HMAC so identity can't be forged, and high-stakes actions can ask the user to confirm. Foldspace meets ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR, with data centers in the US and the EU.
Can an agent in my product improve activation?
Yes, when it does the setup work instead of explaining it. A new user says what they came to do. The agent runs the setup actions, fills the configuration form in tandem for them to review, and lands them on the result in the first session. At Mixmax, users who engaged the Product Agent showed a 4.4x conversion lift, confirmed with three anti-bias tests against matched historical cohorts.
